CPD - Corporate Personal Development

Management Development Programme - September 2012

This programme is designed to increase the skills of team leaders and project managers who are new to their role or have received little or no management training previously. It explores the essential skills and behaviours that every effective manager needs.

The programme consists of three days over a four week period to enable each delegate the opportunity to apply their learning back to the workplace. Two work related tasks between Days 1 & 2 and Days 2 & 3 allow delegates to reflect on how their learning can have an impact on their practice as a manager.

The style of delivery will be experiential, where activities are designed to be engaging and inspiring, whilst giving the opportunity for participants to reflect on their own management style. Up to date theory is woven throughout the programme providing a firm foundation for learning.

"I found everything of value and supportive. I was able to take my learning experience and make plans on how to put into operation. Explanations were kept to the point and not loaded with jargon." (Delegate)
