Juana graduated in Classics, and post graduate qualifications include Chartered Institute of Bankers and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualifications.
Juana joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in 1987 as a graduate trainee and spent the next 18 years in various people management roles within the Retail Banking sector, both in the U.K. and on the Isle of Man, ranging from Branch Manager to Call Centre Manager.
Juana left the Bank in 2005 to become an Investor in People Adviser contracted to the Department of Trade and Industry; and her current role at The Children's Centre commenced in March 2007.
