The training day with CPD was markedly different to other courses I, or any of my team, had been on before. The fresh and innovative approach, balancing carefully the hands-on experience with the intellectual background, was highly relevant, enjoyable and effective. Our team of scientists, naturally inclined against team training, still talk animatedly and positively about the day several months later, and the benefits have been clear to all ever since. The feedback unilaterally has been glowing praise and pushing me to organize the next session, something I will have no hesitation in doing.
